The external model looks beautiful but from this discussion I assume that it doesn't have a panel or a VC? What does it come with? By the way, I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth or anything like that. It's wonderful that FS9 is still supported and I appreciate anyone who still does:)MarkThere is a VC & VCab model coming (the later should be out today according to their site), but at the moment, it's aliased to the FS9 default 747 2d panel, and 737sounds.I'm currently using the Wilco A380 panel & sound set with mine, and loving it.:(. Adding panels and VCs (and of course virtual cabins) takes a lot of extra work. A good panel can itself take a lot of time, so a good compromise to ake a model available is to use other addons that are already available.Talking of support for FS9 - yes indeed, Project Airbus and Project Opensky are still FS9-focused, as is Enigma Simulations.

Our new ATP is now in the downloads here, and includes a sound pack. Add on the panel by Francisco Silva (also here) and you have a whole package! Your opportunity to get your arms around a quality turbo-prop.;)EDIT: Only had a few minutes to try it, but has anybody noticed a little sluggishness with the PA A380 getting into the air and climbing?
This was with around 55% fuel. For what it is worth to anyone who might concede to an old fashioned 2D Panel, and not demand state of the art 3D VC provisions, the old PSS panel seems to work fine with this bird. That does offer an FMC.Respectfully:RTHEdit:May want to put this suggestion on hold for a bit. I am finding that I have strange airspeed control. First flight: Airspeed was excessive no matter what I did. Everything else seemed normal.Second flight: TOGA takeoff the aircraft swings right as if right engines were off, or right differential brake was held.
Panels Page 13: FS2004. Unless you already have it, you must download it yourself. Panel was designed and tested for use with the Dreamwings FS04 Embraer 170 V3, but I guess that it should work with other twin jets as well. FS2004 Airbus A380 Panel. An updated version of my previously released Airbus A 380 panel for FS9.
They are not. Takeoff by simplying opening throttles is normal.Third flight: Aircraft pulsates erratically when Autopilot is engaged. (similar to excessive airspeed on some other aircraft.)Best first guess: A few modifications to the aircraft.cfg will be required to use this panel. There should be one on the AVSIM libraries, which is by Horst Paetzold. If you can't find it there, you should be able to find it on FlightSim.com.
Don't use the panel if it looks to simple though, some of Horst's gauges appear to come from the default 747-400. In the mean time, if you don't have Wilco's A380, the choice lies down to three choices:-The KM A340 panel-The MS 747-400 panel-Make your own panel using FS Panel Studio. An Airbus aircraft with a boeing panel???? It would be like buying a Ferrari with Mercedes engine. What a sadness. No, joke apart, probably the best choice is to use the A380 panel from Wilco. Has it same lacks as for Wilco airbus family volume 1?Bye. Panel Problems:Thanks loads for this fine contribution! So far, with the exception of the default alias MS747 panel, autothrottle/airspeed control has been impossible to me.
I have tried the PSS panel, the KM A340 panel, and the rcs380f9 panel. The plane performs fine for hand flying, but airspeed has a mind of its own when trying to fly with the autopilot. Has anyone else had this problem?
